Questions
What do I get, and how does it arrive?
Puppy Guidance and the Locus CODE Workspace, for one payment, no subscription. Your access link appears as soon as you pay. It is an online book, not a download or a print copy: the link opens it in the browser on your own phone, tablet or computer, and opens the Workspace too.
Do I need Volume 01 first?
Yes. Foundation is the book this one builds on, so Puppy Guidance is sold with it: both books and the Workspace for $344. If you already own Foundation, add Puppy Guidance on its own for $97.
My puppy arrives in a fortnight?
Read it now: most of it is setup before the puppy is home. A first private session ($90, 60 minutes, in your home or at the training location) plans your first weeks.
Will it work for my puppy?
Yes, whatever the breed. It is about the first weeks and months at home, which every puppy has, and the habits you set in them.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as you have not opened the book. Once it is open the sale is final, and if something is wrong on our side we put it right. The refund policy has the detail.
