Which book should I start with?
Foundation, Volume 01. The other two build on it. Then take the one that fits your dog: Reactivity for the dog who barks, lunges or freezes, Puppy Guidance for a new puppy. The Collection has all three.
Is it a download or a printed book?
Neither. Each book is read online: your access link appears the moment you pay, and it opens the book in the browser on your own phone, tablet or computer. The same link opens the Workspace.
What is the Locus CODE Workspace?
A private page that comes with any book. It asks about your dog, then gives you one job for the week.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as you have not opened the book. Once it is open the sale is final, and if something is wrong on our side we put it right. The refund policy has the detail.
