When should we start?

Ideally a few weeks before your puppy comes home, while everything is still calm. If your puppy has just arrived, it is not too late, we simply start straight away.

We have never owned a dog. Is this for us?

Especially for you. First-time owners get the most from preparation, because we remove the guesswork before it can become a habit.

Do you work with our breeder or shelter?

We give you the right questions to ask them, so you collect with confidence and the handover sets your puppy up well.
